1. The committee have the right to refuse ANY application for membership or cancel current Membership.
2. That the annual subscription, as defined by the Committee, will run from the 1st January each year and will be valid for that year only.
3. That MACHINES and CLOTHES must comply with the A.C.U. Rules
4. All competitors must have a 2kg (minimum) dry powder fire extinguisher.
5. Kill buttons and Helmet straps will be checked at each meeting.
6. That there is NO RIDING IN THE PITS, BIKES WILL BE PUSHED WITH DEAD ENGINES. Any rider caught riding in the pits will have 5 positions deducted from your total race points on the day. (Which could affect championship points)
Repeat offenders will be sent home.

7. That the Clerk of the Course may withdraw any rider, who in his/her opinion, constitutes a danger to others either by his/her riding or through damage to their bike, Report any incidences to the clerk of the course immediately, if you disagree with the clerks decision you have 30 minutes to raise a protest cost £100 which then we get witness statements, photographs etc and send official paperwork to the ACU for them to make a decision.
8. That ANY RIDER/GUARDIAN may be excluded from a Meeting or from the Club for unacceptable or abusive conduct towards your child/ren, fellow competitors, club officials or spectators.
9. That all SPECTATORS, MEMBERS, VISITORS or RIDERS who stray into areas not specified for SPECTATORS will be asked to move into appropriate areas.
10. That ALL RIDERS must OBEY the Marshals flags AT ALL TIMES.
RIDERS WHO DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE MARSHALS INSTRUCTIONS SHALL RENDER THEMSELVES LIABLE TO DISQUALIFICATION, FROM THE RACE, MEETING OR SEASONS MEETINGS. OR POINT DEDUCTION.
Anyone caught jumping or overtaking on a waved yellow or failing to stop at a red flag will have 5 positions deducted.
11. That NOBODY is to distract the Lap Scorers at ANY TIME. Any queries should be taken up with the Clerk of the Course, their Stewards or a Member of the Committee. In any dispute involving race positions, you have 30 minutes after your race has finished to dispute any points, the decision of the Chief Lap Scorer is final.
12.STARTING
15 Second Board will be displayed for a full 15 seconds
5 second board will be displayed for a full 5 seconds
The gate will drop anywhere between 5 and 10 seconds after the 5 second board has been shown.
No grooming infront of the start gates.
13. To qualify for the CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP,
Best 24 RACES OUT OF 30 (8 rounds out of 10)
Race points will be 1st - 45, 2nd - 42, 3rd - 40, 4th - 38, 5th - 36, 6th - 35, followed by 1 point reduction per place. Riders must complete at least 1 lap and take the CHEQUERED FLAG no more than 3 minutes after the winner, UNAIDED, WITH HELMET ON, to be classed as a finisher even if pushed over the line.
14. Club officials can ask to inspect all riders A.C.U. Licences at any time.
15. The Committee reserve the right to alter race Programmes, Dates and Championship Rules as deemed necessary.
16. The A.G.M. will be held at the end of the recognised season.
17. The insurance cover for all events will be basic insurance covered
By the A.C.U. through Doodson Motorsport. There is NO personal accident cover for competitors.
18. NO RACE BIKES TO BE LEFT/TAKEN INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA UNLESS BEING PUSHED THROUGH SO THE NEXT RACE CAN COMMENCE.
19. NOISE
The noise level for bikes in 2025 is as per A.C.U. Regulations.
Check with your handbook.
20. Camping at the venue is not a right, it is a courtesy and you will be held responsible for your entourage at all times. Anyone seen not respecting our camping rules will lose the concession of camping at our venues which may also lead to memberships being cancelled, entries refused at our meetings and in exceptional circumstances reported to the ACU for further disciplinary investigations/ actions.
National Flag - Start
Red - Stop, and wait to be directed by an official
Yellow (Held Still) - Caution
Yellow (Waved) - Extreme Caution, No Overtaking, No Jumping.
Green Flag - Course Clear
Black Flag - The Rider specified by their number must withdraw from the course immediately
Yellow with Black Cross - Last Lap
Chequered Flag - End of Race
